Responsibility
- Verify and process daily bank payments for e-commerce and trade sales transactions.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.
- Prepare and send customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
