Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and execute payments via various methods (e.g., bank transfers, checks) while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain and update vendor master files, ensuring all information is current and compliant with regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to streamline accounts payable processes.
- Monitor and report on aging accounts payable to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPA or similar are advantageous but not required.
