Responsibility
- Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting short-term liquidity needs.
- Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain treasury reports, providing insights into financial positions and fund utilization.
- Support the execution of wire transfers, payments, and other financial transactions in compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury data into financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.
- Monitor foreign exchange transactions and assist in hedging activities to mitigate currency risks.
- Maintain up-to-date records of banking relationships, account signatories, and authorization matrices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, banking platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of banking procedures, payment processing, and reconciliation practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
