Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct tax computations and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes, assisting in the development of financial plans.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or auditing roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as Brevet A/B or progress toward a professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
