Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments, customer invoices, and collections.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of business transactions.
- Assist in tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary tax returns and documentation.
- Participate in the two-month training program at the Main Plant in Meycauayan, Bulacan, to gain comprehensive knowledge of company accounting procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a two-month training program at the Main Plant in Meycauayan, Bulacan (travel and accommodation support provided).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
