As a Gasoline Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our fuel stations, managing staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the gasoline station, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries to prevent shortages.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare financial reports for management.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and safety measures to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement promotional campaigns and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a gasoline station or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of fuel handling, safety procedures, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
- Basic financial acumen to manage cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between station locations in Bali.
