Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for technology? Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a motivated Gadget Promoter to join our team in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you’ll represent leading consumer electronics brands, engaging with customers to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. Your enthusiasm for gadgets and retail sales will be key to connecting with tech-savvy consumers and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
This is a contract-based opportunity offering competitive compensation (IDR 5.7M–6M/month) and the chance to grow within the retail and consumer products industry. Prior experience as a Promoter, SPG/SPB, Retail Sales Associate, or Frontliner is a plus!
Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate gadgets and consumer electronics to customers in retail stores or event spaces.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned products.
- Provide accurate and engaging product information to influence purchasing decisions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, banners, and marketing materials.
- Uphold professional appearance and brand representation at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Promoter, SPG/SPB, Retail Sales Associate, or Frontliner (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and promotional events as required.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
