Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate gadgets and electronic products to customers in retail stores or promotional events.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area for products.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the gadget industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Promoter, SPG/SPB, Sales Retail, or Frontliner is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and gadgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and their features.
