Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the furniture, glass, and aluminum doors sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential leads in Bali’s premium design market.
  • Provide expert product consultations, including honeycomb panels, custom glass solutions, and high-end furniture, tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Follow up on orders, address client concerns, and provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or construction materials.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of furniture, glass, aluminum, or honeycomb products and their applications in design projects.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
