Responsibility
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market share in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Oversee branch operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and local business landscape.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
