Responsibility
- Install and assemble furniture products according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing furniture to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Identify and repair defects or damages in furniture items before distribution.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition for efficient operations.
- Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any installation or quality concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in furniture installation, assembly, or repair.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in furniture making or carpentry is a plus.
