Responsibility

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous learning.
  • Develop, review, and update quality control procedures, work instructions, and documentation to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits (internal and external) to assess compliance with quality standards, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to monitor and improve product quality, reducing defects and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify root causes of quality issues and drive data-driven decision-making for process improvements.
  • Ensure all quality-related documentation, including non-conformance reports, inspection records, and training materials, is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including implementation, auditing, and certification processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, ETQ Reliance, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing quality team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly desirable.
