Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking raw materials and finished products.
- Perform accurate stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in production tasks, such as measuring, mixing, and packaging herbal products under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Report any issues, shortages, or damages to inventory or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, inventory management, or production support roles (preferably in FMCG or herbal/health products).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory software, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
