Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for system improvements.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on system workflows, data migration, and integration with third-party applications.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights to support their long-term business objectives.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and process workflows to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar role, with a focus on system implementation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, business operations, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in ERP or business process management is a plus.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with multinational clients is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
