Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fullgoods Department Head to lead our operations at the El Salvador Plant. In this critical leadership role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain efficiency, overseeing the end-to-end management of finished goods.
As our Department Head, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain rigorous inventory accuracy, ensure optimal warehouse utilization, and enforce strict safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all end-to-end fullgoods warehouse operations, ensuring maximum productivity and operational flow.
- Manage the receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatching processes to meet delivery timelines and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and the implementation of robust stock control procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all inventory movements within the facility.
- Develop and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage strategies to accommodate production volume fluctuations.
- Collaborate with production and distribution departments to synchronize supply chain activities and minimize bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory KPIs, and operational costs for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Deep understanding of inventory management best practices and logistics safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving improvements.
- Must be willing to be based at the El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental plant.
