Responsibility
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain warehouse spaces, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and verifying contents against pick lists.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational demands.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is a bonus.
