Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate customers about our tea offerings, including flavors, brewing methods, and benefits.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking tea inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of tea varieties and brewing methods is preferred.
