Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, co-working spaces, and service stations.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all products are fresh and well-presented.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
