Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
- Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, verifying stock against invoices, and organizing inventory.
- Participate in promotional activities, sales events, and store initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
