Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience for all guests.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that align with their preferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Montigo’s product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate and compelling information.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique’s presentation aligns with brand standards and maximizes sales potential.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while contributing to a positive work environment.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to inform business strategies.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the business.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
