Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors at Montigo Resort.
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail outlet.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
