Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance language, motor, and social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Previous experience teaching young children, preferably in a preschool or early learning setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
