Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and interactive ESL lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to student needs and learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their grammar, pronunciation, and conversational fluency.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary reports.
- Participate in regular training workshops and team meetings to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Address student inquiries and provide support during the learning process.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with students and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Passionate about teaching and working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Willing to work on-site at our BGC office location.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends or shifts if necessary.
- Prior ESL teaching experience or a TEFL/TESOL certification is a significant advantage.
