Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi and other menu items according to brand standards
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, and restocking of supplies
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to grooming and uniform standards to uphold the brand’s professional image
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
