Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-end corporate menus tailored to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all culinary outputs, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source premium local and imported ingredients while optimizing costs.
- Design bespoke dining experiences for corporate events, VIP gatherings, and executive meetings.
- Implement sustainable and innovative cooking techniques to reduce waste and enhance flavor profiles.
- Stay ahead of global culinary trends and integrate them into corporate dining concepts.
- Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, fine dining, or corporate catering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in menu engineering, cost control, and kitchen management for large-scale operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines, with a focus on fusion or modern gastronomy.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to mentor and inspire culinary teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Certification in food safety (HACCP, ServSafe) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and presentation.
