Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Diagnostic Radiography to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop, update, and manage the curriculum to ensure it meets academic and industry standards.
- Support and mentor students in their academic journey, providing guidance on coursework and clinical placements.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Coordinate and oversee clinical placements, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in real-world settings.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience and stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography.
- Participate in academic and administrative meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities to contribute to the field of diagnostic radiography.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging, or a closely related field (PhD is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in diagnostic radiography or a related clinical setting.
- Prior teaching or training experience in an academic or clinical environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse academic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
