As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are processed efficiently, hygienically, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Laundry Supervisor and housekeeping teams to support the smooth functioning of our clients' properties, ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine and comfortable stay.

Responsibility
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established procedures and hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing presses, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or incomplete cleaning, and reprocess as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Monitor and replenish laundry supplies, such as detergents, fabric softeners, and bleach, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in the organization and storage of clean linens and uniforms, ensuring they are readily available for housekeeping and guest services.
- Collaborate with the Laundry Supervisor and housekeeping teams to prioritize tasks and meet daily operational demands.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Laundry Supervisor to support the smooth operation of the laundry department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a hot and humid environment for extended periods, including rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry heavy loads (up to 20 kg) as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Fluency in English is a plus; basic proficiency is required.
