Responsibility
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
