Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both Indonesian and English.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Provide product and service information to customers with clarity and confidence.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Native fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
