Responsibility
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to vocational licensing inquiries and feedback.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding licensing processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring follow-up.

Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
