Responsibility
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
