Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies in the Telco, Healthcare, or Financial sectors.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and service offerings to provide informed support.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in Telco, Healthcare, or Financial sectors.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
