Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies in the Telco, Healthcare, or Financial sectors.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and service offerings to provide informed support.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in Telco, Healthcare, or Financial sectors.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Prior experience in an international or multicultural setting is advantageous.
