Responsibility
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and management processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to present data findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
