Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, .NET Core, Angular, Node.js, and Python to support insurance operations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Develop and integrate APIs to connect front-end interfaces with back-end services and third-party systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that enhance our platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications built using React.js, .NET Core, Angular, Node.js, or Python.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React.js, Angular).
- Experience with back-end development using .NET Core, Node.js, or Python, including RESTful API design and database integration.
- Familiarity with MVC architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or fintech is highly desirable but not required.
