Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Indonesian financial laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, with expertise in full-set accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is advantageous.
