Responsibility
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Indonesian financial laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, with expertise in full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is advantageous.
