Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment operations, from receipt of orders to final dispatch.
- Manage warehouse inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Streamline logistics and warehouse workflows to reduce processing times and operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and delivery partners to ensure consistent supply chain continuity.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Analyze fulfillment performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or fulfillment operations.
- Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and team management.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
