Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage order fulfillment processes from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and inventory levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions in the company’s ERP system.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and align fulfillment capabilities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in order processing and customer service.
  • Prepare and present reports on fulfillment metrics, customer feedback, and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
