Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage order fulfillment processes from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and inventory levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions in the company’s ERP system.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and align fulfillment capabilities.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in order processing and customer service.
- Prepare and present reports on fulfillment metrics, customer feedback, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
