Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the entire order fulfillment process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Liaise with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping addresses, to minimize errors.
- Track shipments in real-time and provide customers with updates on order status and estimated delivery times.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including order confirmations, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Identify inefficiencies in the fulfillment process and propose actionable improvements to enhance productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment, offering prompt and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, or order processing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics is a plus.
