Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Store goods in designated locations using proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual tracking systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Assist in conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
