We are seeking a highly motivated FSMS Quality Control Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Subic, Zambales. Responsibility
- Oversee and enforce the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) across all manufacturing departments.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify potential food safety risks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Manage the documentation of quality control records and ensure all reports are compliant with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to streamline safety protocols without compromising efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the QC team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during facility inspections and certification renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in quality control or food safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FDA/BFAD regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and train personnel on safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
