Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Prepare and serve high-quality frozen yogurt and toppings according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
- Educate customers about llaollao's menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Uphold the brand's image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
