Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and coffee beverages according to Tealive standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Promote Tealive products and special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
