Responsibility
- Replenish frozen and chilled inventory in a timely manner to meet store demand.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in freezers and chillers.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper packaging before stocking.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Follow safety protocols when handling perishable goods and operating equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
