Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a personalized shopping experience
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion/lifestyle retail
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications are a plus
