Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of food court outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all food court areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budget management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and quality service.
- Maintain the exterior and interior aesthetics of the food court to create an inviting and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a food court, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in managing teams, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
