Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking, and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, checking for damages, and updating inventory records.
- Uphold store policies, including security, safety, and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints or returns gracefully, seeking solutions that align with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store schedules.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
- Proficient in using basic retail technology, such as POS systems and inventory software.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
