Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores, malls, or promotional events to introduce and demonstrate products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through persuasive and friendly interactions.
- Maintain a neat and attractive product display to enhance visual appeal.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials to potential customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to deliver accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to approach customers proactively.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to adhere to company dress code.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support promotional events.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for retail, beauty, or consumer products (industry-specific experience is a bonus).
