Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of staff in the frozen and chilled goods department, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies accordingly.
