Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
