Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Lead, train, and mentor the front desk team to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and allocations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and special requests using property management systems (PMS).
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards for consistency.
- Assist in preparing reports on front office performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and luxury hotel standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
